Wholesale Terms & Conditions

These Wholesale Terms & Conditions apply to approved wholesale accounts purchasing from Pure & Chic, LLC d/b/a MIYAW Fashion ("MIYAW Fashion"). By submitting a wholesale application and agreeing to these terms, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are applying on behalf of a legitimate business purchasing products for resale.
1. Wholesale Account Approval
Wholesale accounts are subject to review and approval by MIYAW Fashion. Approval is not automatic and may be accepted or declined at our discretion. We may request additional business, resale, tax, website, or social media information when needed to review an application.
2. Pricing, Minimums & Availability
Wholesale pricing is provided after account approval. Minimum order values, product minimums, and design-level minimum quantities may vary by product category and are confirmed in the quotation or invoice provided for each order. Product availability and pricing may change until an order is confirmed.
3. Orders & Payment
An order is considered confirmed only after MIYAW Fashion provides the final order details or invoice and the required payment has been received, unless different payment terms are agreed to in writing. The buyer is responsible for reviewing quantities, products, shipping details, and billing information before payment.
4. Wholesale Shipping, Customs & Import Charges
Wholesale shipping costs and any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other import-related fees are paid by the buyer. Exact shipping costs are quoted according to order size and destination before the order is finalized. Depending on product availability, wholesale orders may be fulfilled from the United States or Turkey. Carrier transit times are estimates and may vary after shipment.
5. Taxes & Tax Exemption
Wholesale applicants are responsible for providing valid resale certificates, tax-exemption documents, or other documentation required for their jurisdiction when applicable. Approval of a wholesale account does not automatically establish tax-exempt status.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect wholesale shipments promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, contact us at contact@miyawfashion.com with the order details and supporting photos so our team can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
7. Changes to Wholesale Terms
MIYAW Fashion may update these Wholesale Terms & Conditions as our wholesale program evolves. Specific terms shown in an approved quotation, invoice, or written agreement may supplement these terms for a particular order.
