This website is operated by Pure & Chic, LLC d/b/a MIYAW Fashion (“MIYAW Fashion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide this website, including its content, products, features, tools, and related services, subject to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and, where applicable, our Wholesale Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the website or purchase through it.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and services.

2. Products and Handcrafted Characteristics

MIYAW Fashion offers handcrafted and small-batch apparel, robes, resort wear, towels, and related products.

Because many of our products are handcrafted, block printed, or produced in small batches, minor differences in color, print placement, pattern alignment, texture, stitching, or measurements may occur from one piece to another. These natural variations are part of the handcrafted character of the product and are not necessarily defects.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and images accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on device, screen settings, lighting, photography, and production variation.

Product availability, specifications, designs, and materials may change from time to time.

3. Product Information and Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, measurements, sizing information, materials, care instructions, and other information provided on the product page before purchasing.

Where a product is described as One Size, the measurements provided on the product page or applicable size guide should be reviewed before ordering.

If you have questions about sizing or product specifications, contact us before placing your order.

4. Prices and Availability

Prices displayed on the website may change without notice.

Products may be available in limited quantities. We may discontinue, modify, or temporarily remove products at any time.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, inventory, or other errors. If a material error affects an order that has already been submitted, we may contact you before fulfillment to explain the issue and, where appropriate, provide available options.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate operational or legal reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, amounts owed for the canceled portion will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and account information.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may change from time to time.

Payments may be processed through Shopify and other authorized payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

You agree to pay the price and any charges clearly disclosed to you before completing your purchase.

7. Retail Shipping and Import Duties

Retail orders may be fulfilled from inventory located in the United States or Turkey depending on product availability.

For U.S. retail orders placed through MIYAW Fashion, MIYAW Fashion covers outbound shipping and applicable customs/import duties associated with fulfillment to the customer, unless a different arrangement is clearly disclosed and agreed before purchase.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Processing time may occur before tracking information becomes available, and carrier delays can occur after an order has shipped.

8. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale purchasing is available to approved businesses and is separate from ordinary consumer retail purchasing.

Wholesale applications, pricing, minimum quantities, payment terms, shipping, customs charges, tax-exemption requirements, and other wholesale matters are governed by our Wholesale Terms & Conditions, together with any quotation, invoice, or written agreement issued for a specific wholesale order.

If there is a conflict between these general Terms and the Wholesale Terms & Conditions regarding a wholesale purchase, the Wholesale Terms & Conditions and applicable order-specific written terms will control for that wholesale transaction.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Retail returns, exchanges, eligibility requirements, return deadlines, return shipping responsibilities, non-returnable products, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Customers should contact us before sending a return.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any consumer right that cannot legally be waived or excluded under applicable law.

Wholesale claims and wholesale order issues are handled under the Wholesale Terms & Conditions and any applicable written order agreement.

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when reasonably necessary.

Please notify us promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.

If you submit a product review, photograph, comment, testimonial, suggestion, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate the rights of another person.

You grant MIYAW Fashion a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and share content you voluntarily submit in connection with our website, products, customer communications, and marketing, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may decline to publish or may remove content that is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, unrelated to the product or service, or otherwise inappropriate.

Unless otherwise indicated, the MIYAW Fashion name, branding, website design, text, photographs, graphics, product presentation, and other original content on this website are owned by or licensed to Pure & Chic, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
